Hello, my goodness - a ton of codes and recommendations. Since they personally saw your vehicle, it's hard to refute what was recommended. However, looking at that list, the trouble codes appear to be not fully addressed here. Your vehicle shows rich running codes (P0172 / P0174), your vehicle shows misfire codes (P0300, P0306), your vehicle shows catalyst inefficiency codes (P0420, P0430). And more. I don't see any of that really addressed. The PCV hose would cause a "lean" code, not a "rich" code if that was a concern here. It's pretty clear that testing did not dig into your trouble codes. "FIXD" isn't a replacement for diagnostic testing. You need help and an independent, helpful voice hands on from a shop near you.
