I keep getting P0456 code and ive already replaced gas cap and purge vlave

I keep getting the P0456 code. What else could be wrong? Ive replaced the purge valve and the gas cap. i smell gas in the car while driving. i recently replaced fuel pump as the car wouldnt start I need to get the emissions done for plate renewal so this wont pass im sure
