Overheating typically is caused by low coolant on these models. When the engine is off and cold( not after running a while) Open the Radiator cap and see if the fluid is up to the top. If not add the toyota red/pink coolant to the top. The overfill jug should have a level in the 1/2 range of full. Coolant /water pumps are frequent failures on these models. service@farestmotors.com :-)
