I have an electrical system short or bad ground. Thge systems are as follows.
What is your question?
After the engine is warm, the left turn signal or turning headlights on, triggers the windshield wipers to come on. When this occurs, neither the horn nor the cruise control work. I have had the master control arm on the steering column replaced but the problem persists. Probably and improper ground or short somewhere? Ideas?

was it doing the same thing before you replaced the multifunction switch?

Yes. The dodge dealer replaced the control arm and it is still doing the same things.
dealer didn't test everything after replacing the turn signal/multifunction switch?i know it was costly for the dealer to replace it.
It was costly! And we both thought it was ok but I only drove it 4 miles and it doesn't happen unless it is warmed up. Then when I drove it farther it happened again `~ same as before.
sometimes electrical gremlins are hard to find!you just have to start looking somewhere,and keep looking.could be a loose ground,pinched wire in the steering wheel,pinched wire in/on electrical part of ignition switch that runs down the steering column?that multifunction switch is $75.00 on e-bay and takes less than 30 minutes to replace,only a few screws.good youtube video on how to replace it,but dealer already done that.good luck with it.
