I have a power surge when I hit the turn signal or brake it dims lights/radio

I had this problem 2 months back. High chances is that something wrong with your battery. Either the there's corrosion on your battery(where the plugs go, when you jump start your car) and you just need to get that cleaned or you need a whole new battery because it's dying.
