The vehicle has had this problem for two months. This has happened at least four times.

Hello, with a 2018 vehicle, it's probably not even a good idea for us to speculate in this forum on what may be wrong with your vehicle. This is why a strong relationship with your servicing dealership is so important -- so that you can have concerns addressed and resolved. Hopefully you are able to again share this concern directly with your Kia dealer service personnel! Even if they found no problem the first time around, it may be necessary to return again and again in an attempt to resolve the problem. A service technician is always directed to see the concern occurring so they can best diagnose it and then also be able to validate the repair as successful. However, even if they cannot get it to happen, as time goes on, new technical data becomes available that addresses pattern failures found in many of the same vehicles operating around the world. This can help resolve problems you may have that the dealership service personnel may never experience. I know it can be difficult to deal with, but don't give up! Good luck.
