Hello,
In the accessory tool kit in the trunk, there is a hook with a threaded end. It is the tow hook.
Now, on the rear bumper, there is a little flap to fold down where you can insert the tow hook.
The tow hook is threaded on one end, and needs to be tightened only by hand, otherwise you will have a very hard time removing it.
