What is your question?
While driving my 2016 accent with 26k miles, the brake light, abs light, traction control light all came on at once. The speedometer also stopped working. I shut the engine off and restarted, everything appeared to be fine. i contacted the dealer who said there would be no code that they could review to determine the cause. he simply stated it could have been a loss of communications. They didnt even want to do any diagnostics as they said any info would be to difficult to determine. Any ideas?

It is accurate that they will not be able to find the source of a problem that isn't occurring actively. It's a guess until you can confirm the source of an active issue. I would focus my attention on the charging side, to see if instrumentation is getting enough help and power from the battery.
