I have a 2012 Vw Passat, and my air vents do not work. The A/C and heat work fine, but there is minimal air speed coming out of the vents, no matter the airspeed setting. It is digital. Do you know the problem and solution?

This might just be the blower motor fuse. You get some airflow because the air is coming from outside as you drive. If you put it on recirculate, I bet the airflow all but stops.
That may also be a problem with the control unit, which is attached to the portion with the temp and fan speed knobs.
