Hello, are you saying you cannot turn the key once it is shut off? It could be that the steering wheel is tightly up against the steering wheel lock. Wiggle the steering wheel with one hand while trying to turn the key with the other. You may also need to wiggle the shift lever, is it may be binding in the wrong position as well.
