I had my starter and pass lock sensor replaced. When I start it now it makes a loud screeching sound similar to holding the key too long. What is causing this?

I already did that they put another starter and same thing happening. Should I take it somewhere else for a second opinion?

Probably so - I’d have the *starter relay* checked as well - it is possibly sticking in the closed (crank) position.. Good luck!
