Very well could be a leak. Stop in at a parts store for a recharge kit (they will probably help you). The gauge on the kit will show if it is indeed low on refrigerant. You can still charge with a kit that has stop leak in it and hope it seals. If not, back to the shop I fear.

Thank you so very much for your time & expertise. I'm upset because I spent $750.00 to fix my air conditioning. I feel like such a fool. Well, I'll just have them recharge it every summer. Thanx again for your help! Judi
