I cant get my car to start...its a security related issue

What is your question?

long story short my window got busted out while my car was locked and whenever you put the key in the ignition and turn the key it doesn't start. All the dash lights turn on and i have tried locking and unlocking the car with the remote and also with the key and still nothing.

The security system from Subaru does not include glass breakage. So, I don't think the window has anything to do with it. The key may have lost it's program or the battery is too weak to start the car or the starter motor is binding. I'd start with trying another key, if you have one.
