I bought my Carmax car in November. Now I have a locked break. MaxCare Covered?

I will say that vehicle maintenance is not typically a covered component, but if there's a mechanical breakdown of a covered component, then you may have some coverage. In every case, diagnostic inspection is necessary to find out what has happened and why, so that a "failed part" can be checked against warranty coverage to see if it's covered. I will say, as someone currently operating a Honda service department, that I can't think of a mechanical failure that would cause what has happened to your vehicle. This is not in any way a common concern, and I'd suspect possible outside influence or physical damage. Inspection is needed.
