Turn ignition on and make sure that the odometer display is in the odometer mode not trip. Turn ignition off and press the odometer-trip button, turn ignition on, keep the button pressed down . The light will stay on for 3 seconds, then blink for 2 seconds, the go solid for 1 second and then go off. When the light goes off let go of the button.
