how to troubleshoot a power window that won't go up

What is your question?

My passenger window won't go up. I have a 2004 Nissan Titan. Does each window have it's own fuse and if so, where are they located ? All I'm seeing is a fusible link. 50 amps, and if it's not the fuse, how do you go about troubleshooting the problem?
