How to go about replacing a heater blower motor

(2003 Toyota Solara)

do I need to take the dash off? It seems to be located toward the top and more to the passenger side under the dash board

REMOVAL
REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM RH
REMOVE UNDER COVER
REMOVE NO.2 INSTRUMENT LOWER PANEL
REMOVE CENTER FINISH CLUSTER PANEL
REMOVE ECM
Disconnect the connectors.
Remove the 2 nuts and ECM.
REMOVE AIR DUCT RH (Foot) Release the 2 claws and remove the air duct.
DISCONNECT CONNECTOR BRACKET
Disconnect the connectors.
Remove the 2 screws and disconnect the bracket.
REMOVE BLOWER UNIT
Disconnect the connectors.
Disconnect the evaporator temperature sensor connector clamp.
Remove the bolt, nut and 2 screws.
Remove the blower unit.
