How to fix Right Side Turn Signal that is stuck on solid

What is your question?

The passenger side turn signal in my 1996 VW Jetta is stuck on constantly and is draining the battery as well. I have already tested fuses. Any other help in how to diagnose and or fix this problem would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Great Thanks! I was just trying to find a how to video or some sort of instructions for my husband to be able to remove it. Any idea on the 96' Jetta how to remove the Flasher Switch? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
