Hello, this should be evaluated by a local car audio system or dealership technician near you. There is no self-help direction on how to resolve this. If you want to get into it, you can work the menus of your factory system and find the menu that allows a "factory reset" of the unit, and perhaps that may help. But it would seem that further assistance would be required.
