How much to replace the blend door in ac housing

What is your question?

Can't change air flow from floor vents to dash vents, had bad controller and broken actuator, both have been replaced. Believe problem is inside ac box. Help

Does actuator even attempt to move door? .... I say problem is still in dash control unit.

The actuator seems to work now that it and the controller have been replaced. I can manually move the linkage nearest the firewall but can't move the other one

Actuator needs to be disconnected before moving door manually. Force it to move! Good luck?
