How much to replace engine and radiator?

(2002 Dodge Dakota)
in Indianapolis, IN on January 05, 2012
My Nephew backed up into my Dakota at about 20 miles per hour. It seemed ok to drive, but then it overheated on freeway, and it won't run. The mechanic where it was towed to said it is pretty well shot. Not just a head gasket. f Piston went through the block. What should this cost or should I just junk the car?

$3000 to $3300 for engine and about $200 for radiator. This is for the parts you will have to add labor costs to this.
