How much does it cost to replace a speed sensor? How much for an oxygen sensor?

Sounds more like a transmission issue. Neither of the parts you suggest wil have these symptoms. I don't suggest guessing when trying to fix your car. Have a proper diagnosis performed and fix the real problem. It will cost less to have the diagnosis as it will to replace those parts, and the money will be better spent. Good Luck
