how many miles before value adjustmen

I wasn't able to find a recommendation for valve clearance inspection/adjustment interval, but at 204k miles it's high time for a clearance check. The specs on a cold engine are: Intake: 0.18mm to 0.22 mm (0.007 in to 0.009 in) Exhaust: 0.23mm to 0.27mm (0.009 in to 0.011 in) The valves are screw adjusted so you don't have to deal with shims like some engines, screw adjust is much easier. This is a critical adjustment and must be done correctly, so if you aren't experienced in valve adjustment, get someone who has the necessary knowledge and experience to do it.
