What is your question?
Water has gotten into the fuel and after running the car it stopped. Started the car to put on a trailer to bring home and now it won't start at all. The Big battery showed it was very low. We have a scanner and that will not come on. How do you drain the gas to get clean fuel put back into the tank, so that it'll start and stay running.
How long has your 2009 Toyota Prius had this problem?
It just happened

The fuel will likely have to be siphoned out, disposed of properly, and then the tank refilled with fresh fuel. It is unknown what kind of efforts are needed to clear then rest of the fuel system -- certainly may take some priming to get the fuel in proper quality and quantity to the engine. Spark plugs may be fouled and in need of cleaning or replacement. This must happen before the hybrid battery can get recharged by the running of the engine. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
