How do I reset my antitheft device on a 2015 jeep Cherokee sport

When I put the key fob in the ignition and turn it I don’t have any indicator lights or anything. My door open alarm is on the dashboard but that’s it. I have full voltage on my batteries don’t lights work off uses a good relays were checked

Factory anti-theft systems use the microchip in each key to be programmed to the vehicle to prevent vehicle theft when not using the programmed keys.
