How do I replace a map light?

The front reading lamps that are incorporated into the overhead console have LED illumination and the bulbs are not serviced separately. Should the lamp pod require replacement, the overhead console must be removed. Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, disengage the retaining clips at the front edge of the overhead console. Once the front edge is released use your fingertips to grasp the sides of the overhead console and pull straight down evenly to disengage the remaining two retaining clips from the mounting bracket. Lower the overhead console far enough to access the wire harness connectors. If equipped, disconnect the courtesy lamps, Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp , infrared temperature sensor and power sliding door/liftgate switch electrical connectors. 6. Remove the overhead console assembly from the vehicle.
