What is your question?
Car was driven with emergency brake on at high speeds for several miles, brakes now make a noise - slight intermittant squeal and pedal goes further to floor than it had to previously - what are the odds of needing new calipers and rotors in addition to brake pads & why am I receiving estimates on the rear only? Should I request old parts?

as long as you know what you are looking at. the emergency brake only works the rear wheels. when you overheat them, as you did, they melt all the rubbers in the calipers and the pads wear down and heat spot the rotors. you have to trust the people who work on you car. Roy
