how do I get the Climate control to STAY OFF.

What is your question?

In Florida, we use the climate control about 10 of the 12 months a year. On cool days/nights we want the climate control off and keep the windows OPEN... It won't Stay off and it continues to turn itself ON

What makes this problem better or worse?

not affected by anything else
