I tried to install a new car stereo by myself and I kind of messed up the factory harness and now my shifter lights and dashboard lights don't come on I checked the fuses I only pop 2 and I replace those too they still don't work what wires do I need to get these lights working
What makes this problem better or worse?
I don't have any instrument lights
How long has your 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe had this problem?

Hello, When replacing the factory head unit, you need to use an adapter. Splicing in wires is a thing of the past. The dash lights run through the radio on nearly every newer vehicle, so the issue is that they are probably disconnected making an incomplete circuit. Repair the factory wiring, and get an adapter (walmart has them)
