How do I get my infomation monitor to act normally?

The other day the infomation monitor started to act eradically. The picture disappeared for a short while, then reappeared, then went out again. I am unable to change radio stations when the screen goes dark or adjust the volume. It has been doing this for several days. My car is a 2018 Hyundai Elantra bought in Dec 2017 with 35000 miles. Would this problem be still covered under my warranty? Is this a common problem and how do I resove it? Thank you in advance if you can help me Frank
