how do i get my Del Sol to start?

no start, no crank.. new battery, new starter, new ground wires, fuel primes.. dash lights go out & hear a click when i try to crank the car..

TEST the starter: With * PARKING BRAKE FIRMLY APPLIED - transmission on PARK (A/T) - or - NEUTRAL (M/T) - - carefully connect a jumper wire from the SMALL terminal on starter - then momentarily touch other end to battery positive terminal - - - Does starter crank engine?

Key does not need to be on for testing.. SOME aftermarket parts are JUNK! Hopefully the engine is NOT locked up. I’ll need test results for further assistance.
