HVAC display works just fine but the blower does not. I used to be able to have the passenger kick under the dash and it would come back on but that quit working. Also the trunk popper button quit working slowly, sometimes it would sometimes it wouldn't and one day it just stopped. Same with the lighters. If you could help me in any way I'd be greatful, thank you.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Used to be able to kick the passenger side underneath the dash.
How long has your 2000 Buick Regal had this problem?

It sounds to me that most likely your blower motor resistor has gone bad it is located near the blower motor behind glove box also inspect wiring connector if it shows signs of overheating it will need to be replaced too. Now on tour cigarette lighter these often go bad and short out check for blown fuse might have trunk release on same circuit
