common issue. in most cases, it is caused by dirty oil clogging up the solenoid causing this condition. the engine oil system needs to be flushed completely of all debris to get these valves to work correctly. this comes from either not changing the oil at correct intervals or using sub standard oil. get a shop to check it and verify and give you a bid.
