Hit a deep pot hole going 70 now my car pulls to the left, loud road sounds, steering loose, tire leaks, wa wa wa sound from front end, is getting worse. Do I have suspension damage? What else could be wrong?

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's way worse now and my tire was smoking.
