high pitched rattleing/squealing noise near inside wheels

My vue began with an annoying rattle like loose change almost with some screeching noise.after a week it became louder and I thought it was my brakes needing to be changed well the brakes rotors are fine and the wheel bearing does not seem to be the isue any ideas??

There is a dust shield that keeps debris and water off the brake rotor. It is secured to the steering knuckle with a few screws, had a Honda last week had similar problem ended up one of the screws had backed out.
