hesitation, stalling

What is your question?

I just bought a 1990 celica with 148k with a tune up already performed (plugs, wires, roter, cap and fuel filter). After driving the car for only 3 days it stalls when put in gear, hesitates when trying to take off and beginning to not want to start. Would this be a fuel pump problem?

Check and make sure air intake hose does not have tear in it,inspect by hand don't guess

it is caused from the owner before you he most likley was an amiture racer and instead of going 5 to6 he went 5 to 4
