What is your question?
The car has 46,600 miles on it. The battery keeps dieing on us. Right now we live in Boston, and We keep getting snow storm after snow storm. The car died 5-6 times on us already. We got it at Honda, and it ran great, and back to our place. I don't know if it's the battery or something else... We have the year warranty on it and a lemon law yellow paper. Is it possible for them to replace the battery for free (for the service and the battery) since we just bought the car from them? If yes, How long do I have to get it free? Also, I read on here that it might be the air conditioner, or leaving something plugged in? What does that mean? Is it like a charger, or something else plugged in? We don't have anything plugged in or turned on after we are done driving it. We did take it back where we bought it, they said it's probably cause of the storm. Is it good to give it a jumper? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like you purchased the Honda used. If you purchased from a Honda Dealer, they may replace the battery for free and a goodwill gesture. Any other used car dealer probably will not. Cold weather does kill batteries. I would have battery tested, but it sounds like you need a new battery. I don't think there is any lemon law available on a used car.
Hiii. We finally was able to get it to the dealership. They told us it's not the battery. The rated on the battery is 500 AAC, and it's right now measured at 443 CCA. Then the triple A man said it is the alarm system. The car pretty much think we are stealing it... He showed us how to tap the unlock button like twice before starting it, and it started fine. I was so shocked, it just ended up being something sooo simple. Thank you for replying anyway. Have a great day!!
