Heater temperature control

What is your question?

My heater always has a bit of heat coming from it. Even in 75 degree weather I have to run the air conditioner to keep the cab cool. Is there an adjustment that can be made with the dial? Is there some other kind of problem to deal with?

It sounds like your blend door is defective, which is not uncommon on these trucks. It controls the how hot or how cold the climate control system is in your truck.
