Heater Control Valve?
What is your question?
My engine temperature is good, it does blow out warm air after a couple of minutes, but that fogs up the windows. When I change the setting to defog, it blows out cold air only. So at this point my option is either freeze or drive blind (I am in central Canada). The car is actually a Pontiac Wave of the same year but it did not allow me that option.

the fog gives me the idea that the heater core is leaking in the duct work. could also be clogged not giving you any heat. Roy
