What is your question?

Does a 2000 mazda 626 2.0l LX have a heater control valve if so where is it located , and if it doesn't have one can the temp setting for heat to ac be faulty causing it to blow like warm air at idle but increase rpms no heat no more cold air

Hello, this vehicle does not have a heater control valve. Are you saying there is more cool air than heat when when you increase engine speed?
