heater blower won't shut off even when the van is not running

you might want to connect a remote wire to the ignition or get a mechanic to do it

Pull fuse #12 under left side of dash for HTR-A/C, if blower stops running check why fuse 12 is hot with key off (it should be hot only with key in run position). If blower is still running pull FRT HVAC 30A fuse in underhood fuse block. If blower stops then replace stuck blower resistor located under right side of dash. Hope this helps! if not give us a call.
