heater blower motor does not work

heater blower motor doesn't work. motor works, resister wocks, heater fues in fues box is good. i get continuity though switch and line but know power. is there a fuesible link some where in the dash board or no fire wall i can't see? signed kevin

I have the same issue. Check the resistor plug. Mine had a burned connector. Works in 1-2 and 4 speed but not 3. Fixed connector all is good. Has any one looked into placing the old 4.3 V6 or the inline 6 4.2 in one of these trucks? Mind runs good but no towing power for a small trailer that I can move myself.

I have the same problem, blower motor is good and the resister assembly and plug are also good, but blower does not work in any speed from the switch, could it be the switch itself?

fan blower motor resistor under glovebox

Wiggle the wires under the glove box. Someones boots may have touched the wires at a connection and all you will have is "High" fan speed...
