heater blower

What is your question?

My heater blower stopped working. It was intermittent for awhile, now I must exceed 40mph to force air through the system to warm the car. Prior to "not" working, the blower only worked on the highest setting, or the 1st (or 2nd?) setting. Additionally, the air cond light turned off when blower switched to higher settings. Please advise, and if this is a blower motor resistor, where is it located?
