heat just blows warm air and A/C blows cool air

Hello, it sounds like you could have a problem with the motors the blend the air for the desired temperature. But this is not at all for sure. You could have multiple concerns -- an engine that doesn't stay hot enough causing low warming, and an air conditioning system that doesn't get cold enough due to an issue with the system. You really just need hands on inspection and diagnostic testing for these concerns.
