Just started having issues with headlights not turning on... when you pull the plunger to turn on headlights all lights come on except the headlights...when you pull back your turn signal high beams come on but both low beams are off... could there be other issues except low beam lights are both burnt at same time... can 1 light go out cause other light not to work as well...

It could be both bulbs, sure. It could also be a headlight switch issue. The wiring connector at the switch could have overheated and presented this issue as well. I would start doing some inspecting and checking of the wiring, besides the obvious point of checking the bulbs themselves.
