Headlight assembly (bulb replacement)

(2005 Cadillac STS)
in Ewing, NJ on September 27, 2009
Passenger side high beam works, but the low beam and small running light do not. I have had a tech attempt to remove the bulb, but after an hour, no success.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
