having issues with drivers door window controls.

What is your question?

Every time I start engine or simply turn key to run, both front windows roll down. After 15-30 seconds passenger window is able to roll up using driver controls. Using passenger controls, passenger window will stop going down while switch is pulled, but returns to down position as soon as released. I have disconnected and cleaned up battery, removed IOD relay/fuse to reset. No change. When doing "key dance" gives code p-done is all.
