Hello, it could be nearly any of the pulleys making noise from either a worn bearing or a faulty component like an alternator or air conditioning compressor with internal concerns.

A technician would start by removing the belt, and then starting the engine again to see if the noise is gone. If it is, checking each pulley on the accessory drive to check for excessive drag or notch feeling would be the next step.
