getting exhaust fumes into cab

What is your question?

Haven't noticed any ticking or excess noise or obvious places fumes could be coming from under the hood but don't know much about vehicles. I do know I love my 93 T100. It's an automatic SR5 with 315k miles.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Is a serious issue on a long highway trip when windows can't be opened

How long has your 1993 Toyota T100 had this problem?
