gauges dont work please help

The power train control module turns on the fuel pump, it needs to see power from 20 Amp fuse marked ECM B in the fuse box under the hood which in turns sends power to the fuel pump relay, gray wire at the ump is then live to operate the pump. Turn on the ignition key to the run position does the Service engine soon/check engine light come on? If not the computer is not getting power or is damaged. (check fuse ECM 1 15Amps) also check 1o amp fuse(#4) in instrument panel fuse box marked "gauges" .
